Consultation fee (includes wax removal) $83
F/up consultation within 7 days $45

ACC surcharge for injuries $55
ACC wax removal for clients with funded hearing aids $20 (with a claim number from ACC for hearing loss)
Veterans Affairs $0 (if you have a valid claim with Veterans Affairs for hearing loss)
ACC Approved Provider / WINZ Registered Provider / Veterans Affairs Provider
There will be an additional cost for ear drops if required
Fee for children is the same as for adults
Payment is expected on arrival before you consultation - appointment time allocated is 20 minutes
We aim to see you as soon as possible but we are not an acute service, if you have pain or any urgent concerns please see your doctor or visit an urgent care service
Non-Attendance of Appointments
Please note a non attendance fee will apply if you do not attend your booked appointment.
Any new client who does not attend their first appointment with us will have to prepay BEFORE securing another appointment.
Repeated non attendance of booked appointments will result in no further appointments with our service.
If you need to reschedule your booked appointment we require at least 4 hours notice by calling us on 07 856 0002.
NOTICE TO CLIENTS
The safety of our staff is very important to us. Offensive, inappropriate, abusive or threatening behaviour towards our employees or visitors will not be tolerated.
Any behaviour of this sort will be acted upon in the appropriate manner and this may include contacting the police.
If our staff feel harassed, unsafe or threatened in any way we reserve the right to refuse service.
Bringing alcohol on site or being intoxicated/under the influence will not be tolerated.
