This privacy notice has been written for Tolbecs Ear Clinic (owned by Tui Ear Clinic Limited) NZBN 9429042428145 and aims to inform you about how we collect and handle any information that we collect from you, or that you provide to us. It covers both information that could identify you (“personal information”) and information that could not. Our registered office is at the Rototuna Shopping Centre on the corner of Thomas and Horsham Downs roads in Rototuna, Hamilton, 3210. We also operate from 74 Naylor Street, Hamilton East, 3216.

Your privacy and confidentiality is of importance to us and we will take all reasonable steps to protect this. Our policy is both specific and strict. It complies with the New Zealand privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 2020, the Health Information Privacy Code 2020 and the laws of all jurisdictions we are aware of. You are free to use our website without disclosing any personal information to us. If you wish to book an appointment with us and you are not comfortable doing so via our website then please feel free to give us a call and speak to one of our staff members.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace in New York City. We also use outsourced services in countries outside New Zealand from time to time in other aspects of our business. Specifically, our technical centre is based in New York, United States. Accordingly, data obtained within New Zealand may be “processed” outside New Zealand and data obtained in any other country may be processed within or outside that country.
